Isaiah Mustafa

Born on February 11, 1974, Portland, Oregon, Isaiah Mustafa is an African-American actor and ex-football player. Isaiah attended Santa Monica College, before transferring to Moorpark College. He then studied History at Arizona State University, from which he graduated in 1995. He played football for all three universities. Upon graduation, Isaiah pursued a professional career as a football player, signing contracts with a few teams before he ultimately changed careers and decided to become an actor.

Mostly known as the main character in the series of “Old Spice” television commercials, The Man Your Man Could Smell Like, Isaiah also starred in small roles on various television series, including Ugly Betty (2008) and Days of Our Lives (2009). He played a supporting role in Horrible Bosses (2010) and had guest appearances on ABC’s Charlie’s Angels (2011) and The CW’s Nikita (2012). Isaiah was announced to play “Luke Garroway” in Freeform’s Shadowhunters: The Mortal Instruments in 2015.

Currently, Isaiah is still playing “Luke Garroway” in Shadowhunters.
